Gekas metal company was founded in 1975 by mr. Savvas Gkekas, initially as a small industry for wood stove production. In the years that followed, the fast-growing company began its involvement in the wider area of metallurgy with the production of barbecue grills and the creation of a department for waste management systems. In the late 1990s, key positions in the company took Mihail Gkekas as executive producer, Sofia Gkekas as financial manager and Dimitrios Gekas as public relations and sales manager.Also in 2003 we announced the start of our bussiness in the field of professional and household grill, with modern CNC technology machines, in our privately owned buildings in the industrial area of Thessaloniki.Our company, from the establishment of it up to now, has been developed by investing in high technology mechanical equipment, aiming at the ultimate costumer satisfaction. The philosophy of Gekas Metal company is based on four main lines which faithfully follows from its inception: immediate and effective service, high quality, well-organization, low cost.
